CPR LEVEL A

CPR LEVEL C

The course covers choking skills, heart attack, stroke, CPR and deadly bleeding.  Certification in AED is also included.  It is recommended for the general public, police, fire, first responders, lifeguards and personal trainers. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest CPR guidelines.  Red Cross 3 year certification issued upon successful completion.

CPR LEVEL BLS (Basic Life Support)

Looking for signs of life

This 4 hour course is designed to build participant confidence in performing CPR skills and provide the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform basic life support skills, and rapid defibrillation.  It is recommended for in facility care providers, including nursing staff, care aides, medical and dental professionals; and pre hospital care providers including professionals in fire service, rescue teams, sport medicine, lifeguards.  The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest CPR guidelines. Red Cross 1 year certification issued upon successful completion.

CPR LEVEL C RECERTIFICATION

Infant CPR ventilationThis 3.5 hour course is fast paced and includes all skills taught in CPR level C.  The focus is on upgrading your skills.  Pre requisite is a current CPR C certification.  The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest CPR guidelines.  Red Cross 3 year certification issued upon successful completion.

While The Vital Link offers many public courses, all of our courses, including CPR courses, are available to a group of 10 or more as a private course. Private groups can set their own dates and times for training.
