Basic Food safety
This course is intended for those who are food handlers: a cook, prep, server or cleaner.
Basic Fst. has been designed to meet all of the recommended requirements of the Canadian Food Retail and Food Services Code and Regulations. Our food safety training programs are very interactive to ensure students get the full understanding of the knowledge!

Advanced Food Safety
This course is intended for managers, supervisors and owner operators. Advanced fst. has been designed to meet all of the recommended requirements of the Canadian Food Retail and Food services Code and Regulations.
This program contains a much more in depth understanding of the safety procedures, ways to ensure food safety compliance and ways to work our programs so your staff/crew is following the strict principles at your workplace.
