Return Policy – FREE Returns

At Vital Link, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. 

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund.

We understand that sometimes it takes more time to make a decision. That’s why we go the extra mile for our customers. 

If after the initial 30-day period, you are still not completely satisfied, you have the flexibility to return your order within 60 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, we will gladly exchange the item for a Vital Link Account Credit equal to the original purchase price.

With Vital Link’s 60-day return policy, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make the return process as simple as possible. There are no special catches or exceptions. 

We kindly ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and ensure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

Our easy self-service return process, accessible through your My Account page, makes returning your purchase a breeze. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Return Policy With Vital Link – It’s Easy:

You have the convenience of returning your purchase within 60 days from the original purchase date.

To initiate the return, ensure that the products are in the condition you received them, and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, which typically takes around 72 hours, our dedicated team will process your refund. 

The credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 7 days.

If the return falls outside the initial 30-day return period, we will issue a Vital Link Account Credit in exchange for the returned product. 

Please be aware that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.

COVID Related Products ARE FINAL SALE 

Considering safety and sanitary concerns, we would like to inform you that all items listed within the COVID 19 Category are considered final sale.

 Due to the nature of masks, rapid tests, and similar items, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for these products. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
